WHAT'S OUR REFUND POLICY?
I charge services by time and products so I do not give refunds or complimentary services. (It's recommended you book a complimentary consultation to ensure the right service for you). This includes trainings and seminars.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MY 1ST APPOINTMENT?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment to fill out waiver and consult forms. Please do not consume caffeine prior to appointment(because lashes will flutter). Please come with clean lashes, free of mascara, moisturizer and makeup. Immediately make me aware of any allergies or sensitivities that you have. Although, technically I can place a long, heavy, dense false lash onto the clients natural lash, but if the clients natural lash does not have a suitable long and healthy natural lash to support the lash extension, we run the risk of damaging the natural lashes and follicles will cease to produce healthy eyelashes moving forward
WHAT IF I'M LATE/MISS AN APPOINTMENT?

Must cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment or 100% of appointment will be charged.
HOW DO I BOOK?
All first time clients must book with a valid credit card to hold on file.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER?
If you are late to your appointment, you are still responsible for the full amount of the service, although you may not receive the full time allotted. In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept cash, credit cards, venmo and checks (Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.)
Clients must sign a liability waiver prior to appointments.
NEW CLIENTS WITH EXISTING LASHES!!
First thank you for choosing me! Please know that I am happy to work on your current set as long as the extensions were applied correctly and are not damaging your natural lashes. Because I cannot assess the quality of your extensions without seeing them in person. It is advised to stop in (prior to booking) for a 5 minute complimentary consultation. I will not fill lashes that are damaged due to improper treatment, but will suggest a lash regimen to get the natural lash nursed back to health.
ARE CHILDREN OR PETS ALLOWED?
Because the services I offer do not allow you to supervise them, for safety and health reasons I do not allow pets or children.
WHAT'S THE POST CARE FOR EXTENSIONS?
You should always avoid rubbing and pulling on your extensions. If there’s a problem, just let me know. Mascaras, brow wax and oil based products around the eye should be avoided. Cleanse your lashes EVERY day even if you're not wearing makeup.
-Do not brush the lashes when wet
-Never wear waterproof makeup
-Avoid cream or gel-based eye makeup.
-Wear extension-safe makeup (ask me about my secret tips)
Because eyelash extensions are applied to the hair and not the skin, the chances of an allergic reaction or irritation is minimal, however, if irritation occurs, please call me promptly to assess the situation. During your consult -we will go over this in depth.
